SendRight is built on a "Privacy First" philosophy. Unlike traditional outreach tools, we do not require access to your inbox or background permissions. We believe your reputation is your most valuable asset, and that starts with your data.
2. Information Collection
We only collect information that you explicitly provide to us: your email address for account management and the prospect data you paste into the judgment engine for evaluation.
3. Use of Signal Data
The prospect signals extracted are used solely to generate your drafts and improve our refusal logic. We do not sell or share your prospect lists with third parties.
4. Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Since we don't connect to your email provider via OAuth, the risk surface for your communication remains zero.
