By using SendRight, you agree to these terms. SendRight is a tool for professional outreach judgment. We provide the drafting engine; you provide the final human review and commit.
2. No Automation Policy
You agree not to use SendRight for automated spamming. Our system is designed for high-stakes, manual review. Any use of our API to bypass human judgment for mass-automated sends is a violation of these terms.
3. Limitation of Liability
SendRight is a judgment aid. While we help you identify high-signal opportunities, we are not responsible for the outcome of your outreach or any professional repercussions of the emails you choose to send.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
